My Approach
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including attachment and depth-oriented psychotherapy, IFS and parts work, differentiation theory, and various embodied/experiential modalities.
I hold a deep seated belief and trust in the healing power of relationships, the essential goodness within each person, and the wisdom of our bodies to protect us and help us heal.
I aim to stay person-centered and tailor my approach to the strengths and needs of each client. In doing so, my focus is always on attending to intergenerational history, systemic contexts, and de-pathologizing the person throughout our work.

I work with individuals and couples navigating being here and being human. This includes things like aging, transitions, motherhood & identity, feeling disconnected or overly caught-up in relationships, spiritual navigation, grief & loss, chronic pain, overwhelm, attachment trauma, & creative/professional identity.

I know from experience how difficult it can be to know when to seek therapy or to imagine how it can help. No matter what is going on, one thing therapy always can offer is designated space to turn toward yourself, your life, and what matters to you alongside someone who can offer genuine care, attunement, and support.
